The parking lot at our office was new 5 years ago and showing some wear and tear. Jesse did a great job getting our parking lot cleaned up, cracks sealed, and new lines painted. I have vinyl fencing and they were careful not to splash any sealing coasting on it. I will without a doubt use Jesse’s again.

The personnel was courteous and explained how long the surface would take to dry before we could use it again. They completed the task quickly and neatly. The owner, Jesse, sent an extensive 20 page proposal listing details, price breakdown, contract and terms. I also received 8 arial views that outlined the areas to be sealed. In addition, Jesse sent pictures of his business license, liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, bond and W-9 tax information. Jesse’s crew was excellent. They arrived on time and started cleaning my driveway. Sealing is notoriously messy, but not when done by Pacific Sealcoating. They expertly applied sealer right to the edge of my concrete without making a mess. They also applied sealer several times over the same areas, making sure the product covered and penetrated the asphalt, not moving on- until satisfying their high standards. Earlier this year, our homeowners association hired Pacific Sealcoating to service many driveways in our area. The asphalt had dulled and worn with time. The staff moved through the area quickly and talked properly about drying times and parking directions. The difference after the sealcoat was obvious right away. The pavement now appears darker, smoother, and more kept than before.

The seal coat job was done as scheduled (with a minor rain delay) and the installers were polite, fast and very exacting on the detailed finishes. Very reasonably priced as well.
